Day 1 - 7 [Adaptation stage]
During the first week of usage, apply 1-2 pumps onto entire face at night, as part of your essence step. If using retinol for the first time or irritation occurs, apply a mild moisturizing cream or limit the use to 1 pump per application.
Day 8 - 14 [Visible results stage]
After the first week, use twice daily, am & pm. Apply additional layers onto areas of concern for concentrated care.
*Apply sunscreen with SPF30 or higher in the morning.
